i dont mind the fourth that bad. if it were much smaller our cars would be slower top end wise cause our cars dont have enough HP for 5th. i just want a set of cams

kinda like these, something like these would be fun

You need to send in your stock one. So if you are able to take it out then there should be no problems reinstalling the throttle body.

Nope, they are different. AV6 owners have been putting them in their Accords with very good results.

is it possible to get cams made for a type-s tho?...like if i could get someone to spec out what duration and lift would work for our car...

and adding to the list of wishes for our car....a titanium valvetrain would be awsome...i could get to vtec so much faster

but the accord V6 is smaller displacement and different than the TL's 3.2. would the 3.2 tl-p see the same as the av6? i thought the big difference on ours was the intake and the compression.

what are the specs on the 2? (tl-p vs tl-s cams)<--i cant find

I sent my throttle body in and should be getting it back on Wednesday. Plan to tighten the thottle cable a little on reinstall.

Don't know if it will make much difference, but I am starting to run out of cheap performace mods so I thought I would give it a try.

Mods to date - Comptech spings, sways, icebox, headers; Mugen low temp thermostat, fan switch and radiator cap.

New performance tires, rotors and brakes when the OEMs wear out.

Why not just check the wreckers for a CL/ TL Type-S engine and retrofit? That would be a more pain-free route.

I have thought about the UR pulley, but haven't decided if the
small gains outweigh the potential problems.

Based on the conversation over at acura-cl, my next mod may be the Unichip.
