I like the way the red/clear tailights from the 02-03 TL look, Im trying to decide if I want to get them for my 01, but the red/yellow isnt all that bad looking... For all of you who have 99-01.. what tails do you have and which do you prefer


Red/Clear or Red/Yellow.....just curious.

 

I think that the TL's look fantastic with the red/clear, I would get the red/clear for my CL_S but it is red itself and the all reds look good on it, if I had any other color than SMR I would get red/clear, they have looked good since 99-01 Civics

 

go with the red/clear tails. imo its just a much cleaner look. i just put the red/clear tails in my 99 a few weeks ago. its looks awesome!!!

 

I want to do mine in red/clear myself, but so far no luck. Bought a set on e bay, and that was misrepresentation on the product...so I had to send them back.
I would love to get red/clear, but where??? what do u guys think on after market red/clear lights?

 

I just redded out my tails...Until I can find some authentic Inspire Tails I'm staying with the all reds....Sorry I'm just a JDM Whore.

^^^^ yea, during the day when the sun is shining right on them you can see the orange but it is a quick fix if you dont have the cash for the 02-03's

 

yea thats true, but then you dont get that sexy white strip on top!

 

I personally like the 02-03 more but since im going to college next year my money can be spent on better things.

 

i was interested in getting the C/R as well, and when I was looking on Ebay they have these faux OEM version. Has anybody ever bought these? Do they fit? are they the same as the OEM 02-03 version tail lights?
