K2's 6000k kit make our 6000k lights look BAD. i even had projectors/////but they got jacked todya....so my question is if i was to buy a k2 conversion kit, would it kit without any major modification? if so, what size kit should i get?? H4, 9006, 9004?

i drive a TL...2000....but since now i do not have any of the parts.....im think i snould buy the K2 kit, becuase the facotry one would run me like $2000

Are you talking about FOG kit? If you have 2000 TL, you're already have HID kit installed on your car. You just need to buy 6000K D2R bulbs.

nah i got robbed for my projector headilghs yest...so nnow i need to get a new HID system....verything including the ballast and all that for my ehadlights....so i want to just buy the K2 kit i was wondering if you could do this instaed of paying 2 grand for the Acura one whihc isnt even that great

 

I modified H7 HID bulbs to work in D2S projectors. It was very easy. I just had to make the base a little smaller with a file. Thats probably your best bet. BTW, the floor pattern is exact as it was with D2S bulbs.

 

hey 96tl .....how would i use the two black and red wires...are they 12V? could i jjsut use those for the HID kit???

 

k2 sucks in terms of stability and color....if you are a fan of pink they be my guest but i heard nothing but bad things...i sell all kinds of hid kits and they are not the worse but not even close to being OK.......they come out very pink purple....(horrible for road) if you were to stick them into the oem housing your stock optics beams will never be the same....you can ghetto rig it but your beam will be all wrong....i would strongly stick to d2s or d2r base for the oem housing and watever kit for the fogs......you get what you pay for

the k2 kit is a very unique color in the day its purple at first glance but if you really pay attention its comes out PINK.....at night is just plain out PINK...the light on the road tarnishes everything pink.....however i can get you the osram 6000k kits its a tad more blue than the philiphs 6000k and as you heard many people already love the look of the philiphs plus the quality and precision you just cant go wrong.....email me in the title lable it HID
