I ordered an icebox for my '03 TL-S, along with a K&N filter part no. RU-2590. I'm positive i ordere the right filter, but i am unable to fit it into the icebox. It doesnt fit into the pipe going to the filter. The ring on the filter is too big to fit.

Can some1 tell me what to do or what im doing wrong?

Work at it, it fits.

 

ive actually bent some of the lines on the filter trying to make it fit, the foam filter fitss perfectly.
