Can someone tell me what the names of the different parts of the body of a car means? Like for example...LIP = ?, Side skirts = ?, and etc...

 

well, first, you need to know what body kits is. when you get a TL or TLS, there is no body kits. body kits are four pieces or metals (one for the front, one for the back, and two for each sides) that you put along the lower side of your car to make it lower and also look more sporty.

look at the pics down the post and you will know what i mean. the one on the left has body kits and the one on the right doesn't. you can see that the one on the left has an extra "kit" at the bottom.

now you know what body kits, then lip and skirts are easy. side skirts are basically the two pieces of metal you put along each side of the car. front lip and back lip are the two pieces you put in the front and at the back.
