Just saw a TL in music video!!
Wow, this might be a blast from the past, but has anyone ever seen 50 cents video for his song "Heat"? I just saw it on tv today (it's been out for over a year) and there's a blue TL, it was a 1999-01 TL. I just thought I'd share this with you, it was pretty cool. It makes me proud lol.

yeah you're right...it's a very lame video...oh btw, if any of you bought the special edition "Get Rich or Die Tryin" cd and it came with a dvd, then this video is on your dvd.

lets say i am 99.9% positive...most of the lyrics websites that checked out in the past all say 'AC, not 'LAC OR 'LACS...

I'm a 3G TL owner. whenever i see other TL's while driving (2g and 3g) , i always look to them to see if they would look back. i drive hard and shift low so the vtec would kick in and hopefully get attention. its too bad that so many of them are indifferent and seem careless. they shouldn't be driving a TL. Sometimes, though, i do have other people notice me, or they get my attention, and we have some fun driving. too many old boring fucks out there. i also notice a lot of women driving tl's, whats up with that? they should be driving like a saab or something else.

100%and i too check out other TLers in my area...but they certainly don't seem to give a crap...they are all old folks...

They were referring to the ACURA Legend in those songs.
Ac is the short for ACURA and is still applicable today.
I push an Ac---no need to specify what model.

lol ALOT of rappers mention Ac's or Acuras in there music u just have to catch the words our cars are well known lol maybe not TL's specifically but Acuras are mentioned quite alot in rap songs

When acura release the TL, their target market was like 30-50yo professionals who want an entry-level luxury/sporty sedan to drive to work and stuff... NOT for 18yo kids who want to race from lights to lights. so YOU should drive a civic or something...

He's 100% saying Ack, as in Acura Legend. That was the car to have back in the late 80's, early 90's. Oh, don't forget about the Jeep Cherokee Limited's ala Heavy D and the Boyz and Mazda MPV ala Naughty by Nature. Oh, and M.C. Lyte and flossin the 88 Jetta's!! Now, we got Bentleys and cars that cost more than all the homes I have ever owned...WTF!
