I went to Acura of Valley Stream yesterday. I negotiated the purchase price of the TL-S to $30,599 including the spoiler. ($30,000 for the car and $599 for the spoiler) The only way he would give me that price is if I took a car from his inventory. I selected the black on black. I put down a deposit to hold the car.

My lease price per month is $443 (after taxes) for 42 months.
$0 down. Just the first month payment, security deposit and fees due at signing. Is this a reasonable price? Has anyone else leased in the NYC area and can you tell me the details of your lease?

I'm also trying to get him to throw in the mudguards and wheel locks but he was kinda hesitant. At the end he said "I'll see what I can do."

Also, he said the residual was set at 60% and that the buyback at the end of the lease was based on the MSRP. Is that correct? I probably won't buy the car at the end but I would just like to know.
