If you were able to connect the endlinks, I doubt it'll make a difference either way; it'll function just the same. Here's what my Eibach rear sway looks like on the car (I assume that since the "Eibach" logo is right way up the bar is installed right way up too):

thanx for your help... the eibach logo on the bar is right side up but when i look at pics of the stock bar and the eibach bar the eibach one is higher. you can see the pics here http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/590232/7 (you really can't see the eibach logo clearly but you can see the numbers underneath the logo are right side up). the eibach bar in my photo also sits higher than the one in your photo. anyway i guess you're right that since the endlinks are connected it doesn't make a difference.

OK, I see what you mean. Mine does look like it fits closer like the stock bar, maybe Eibach stenciled the logo on your bar upside down??? That's only an issue of aesthetics, not performance. Bottom line: It's still connected to the chassis and it's still an improvement over stock.

BTW Nice mods!

With the bends in it, I seriously doubt it would fit upside down. I remember trying to install my Comptech sways and I had it upside down and it would not fit.

Don't worry. It's impossible to put it in upside down and still be able to put in on the end links and the brackets. If you didn't have a problem lining the bar up with the end links the brackets, then you installed it the right way.

By the way, do you ever scrape the Cusco front lower tie bar? Are you lowered?

Thanks!! Yeah, I painted the Y-pipe up to the resonator with high-temp flat black. I was extra anal to mask off the undercarriage so the sway bar remained Eibach red. I wash the car almost weekly and spend a lot of time hosing off the underside of the car; I like to see that "fresh-off-the-lot" black undercoating, keeps the whole car looking fresh (the roads are pretty clean around here too which doesn't hurt either).

You are definitely eagle eyed! You noticed the Cusco lower bar! I'm running H&R OE Sports so I guess most would say I'm basically not lowered (it's actually about 1" lower in front, 0.75" in back). My anality pays off here too, I've never scraped (smooth local roads again) although one day I saw a dead woodchuck lying in the middle of the road, I couldn't swerve around it but I felt the bar bump into it as I went over it

When you take the car in for service, you have to make sure and tell the tech that it's there or it might hit the rack as they drive up on it. So far so good though.
