Hey guys, I am new and wanted to say hey.

I just bought a 2001 Champagne (or gold i guess) TL. I have been reading about the transmission failures and called acura about my car. It seems that in December '03 at 47,000 miles (currently has 52,000) the transmission was replaced, but I still need to go in and get the 2nd gear shaft checked out for wear, and they may put the oil kit in it which lubricates the shaft correctly.

But at least this car has HID's and TOYO tires, looks nice with beige interior, more luxury looking than sporty.

I love this car though so far, as I had a '91 legend till a couple months ago and it was awesome.
