Just back from dealer service...
I dropped my car off at Rick Case Acura last Friday morning before work to fix the following problems:

Sunroof squeak with sunshade open
Loose triangle vent on top of driver's side of dash
Driver's seat "creak"
Power steering fluid disappearing
I got to the dealer at about 8:00am, signed the paperwork and handed over my keys. The loaner TL that I was supposed to get was turned in the night before with some sort of damage, so my service advisor called Enterprise Rent-A-Car who promptly came over and got me.
Enterprise was somewhat low on cars, so they offered me a Chrysler PT Cruiser or a Dodge Ram 1500. Being 6'7" and not wanting to look like a clown driving a hearse for midgets, I chose the truck. I was out of there by 8:30.
My car wasn't done on Friday (I was told this would be a possibility, which was fine. I could keep the rental as long as Rick Case had my car). After 350 miles & $40 in gas... fast forward to Monday afternoon.
My service advisor, Paul Santamaria, calls me and tells me the car is done. I take the truck back and arrive at the dealer. All the items have been addressed -- yay!
The sunroof squeak was cured by using the "tape" people have mentioned here before. It's applied to the inner edge of the sheetmetal on the sunroof opening where the rubber around the glass panel meets the sheetmetal. And it really works! The squeaks were very easily reproducible on any road that was only slightly less than perfect. My ride home over miles of torn up "under construction" roads with the sunshade open revealed nothing but SILENCE.
The loose vent trim was not in stock and was ordered. I was told it should arrive by the end of the week at which time I could pop by and have it installed. I was also told that since it was raining today and they couldn't wash my car that I could have it washed then if I wanted.
The driver's seat creaking noise was fixed by a part they'd ordered for me a few weeks prior. Apparently the seat track was slightly bent and allowed the seat to rock a little bit under accaleration and braking. This was another easily reproducible noise that is now cured.
Finally, they could not find a leak in the power steering lines (nor could I). After performing a fluid consumption test (which my car passed) they topped off the fluid and told me to come back if the level dropped again. Fair enough.
Once again I'm very happy with the way I'm treated at Rick Case. They addressed all of my concerns and continue to impress me with their courtesy and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them for service. Paul always goes out of his way to have the paperwork ready when I arrive, saving me time. Kudos to him and their entire service staff!
