So after reading around, I've found that there are three versions of JDM spoilers. One without a camera, one with a black/white camera, and one with a color camera. The list also seems to correspond to increasing rarity.

If I was able to find one with a camera, how would it work? Does it connect to the navi or something?

the camera runs on 9 volts. U need to wire a reducer inline with it or you will get some wavy lines from over juicing the camera. Then the other couple wires can be used in order to wire it to a standard composite video cable(yellow plug). Then u can plug that into an aftermarket headunit, or using one the nav2go plug in modules in order to connect it to your stock navi.
