No idea what you're referring to.

The 2nd gen (UA5) JDM Inspire mirrors have an auto-fold-in (for tight parking) but at the expense of heated (defrost) mirrors. I've heard and seen photos of some people put on aftermarket LED bulbs to mimic turn signals on the side-mirrors like European makes (and some domestics).

If you do find more photos/ideas of this being a reality, please post here!

If you're referring to the turn signal on the outside shell of the side mirror, the kind you see if you're standing in front of the car - ala Mercedes, then do please post if you find more info on how this can be accomplished on our cars.

I'm not that big on leds that illuminate into an arrow on the actual mirror part of the side mirror, the kind you see if you're standing behind the car, ala Ford Expedition etc...

I think maybe he's referring to these...

The problem is these are JDM '04 Honda Accord/Inspire mirrors which won't fit 2nd gen TLs (with a lot of modification, maybe?). The shape of the mounting plate is not the same as a 2nd gen's.

Otherwise, I'm not aware of any turn signal mirrors that'll fit a 2nd gen TL.

You should also check if you can take the mirror off and swap the mounting plates. Looking at the TL right now, I don't think the lines will be smooth, but it's worth a shot if you really really want the signal mirrors.

if you look around 98-02 Accord 4-dr signal mirror (aftermarket ones) will fit 2nd gen TL. I was going to get them, but the problem is that they are not heated

Keep in mind the JDM mirrors are made for right hand drive so they are gonna be a bitch to adjust the angle for a left hand drive.

Don't believe me, sit in your car on the right side and try to adjust the mirrors so you can see behind you.
