I'm hesitant to use the rear tow hook, because I'm using this exact jack, with the flat jacking pad:



Won't it cause the car to lean/sway?

No. The front 2 tires (or jack stands) keep if from doing so.

Thanks, I didn't see this until after I'd already installed my suspension.

If you follow the tow hook down and back a little, there's a nice protruded, flat spot that looks like it's there for a jack. I used it, and it would have worked but the car didn't lift off the wheels with the jack maxed out. It didn't dent the flat, protruded area at all either.

Ended up having to use 2 jacks and jack up up both sides of the car (rear).
