J35A3
It's easier to pull out of a car, and the crank is *factory* forged. Way more room to work under the hood of an MDX compared to an Oddy, and you can pull it out from the top, but you'll have to break/bend/cut/scream at part of the body.

Your J32A2 Type-S cams or the complete heads are better to swap over versus either the J35A3 or A4.

What Zeta said.

J35A3 & J35A4 cams are garbage. Swap over the J32A2 cams, or upgrade to J35A8 RL cams, which I have a set for sale if interested. Don't forget to adjust the valve lash after swapping cams. I didn't do that when I swapped my J35A3 in, and bent all of my valves.

Oh, and the reason Zeta mentioned to swap over the J32A2 heads; the J35A3 intake valve's are 1mm smaller than the J32A2's. However, the A3's flow better, while the A2 can move more air. So it's you decide what you want. I didn't swap heads.
