tranny internal failed(hydrosystem related)
park ave just ordered a tranny or rebuilding it wasnt too sure,
im tl less for a while oh well......
sorry to keep bringing up bad news.

thas it if i want to keep this car a lot longer
i mean long past the 150,000 miles
time for step up to full level ten tranny. :p

For people that are scared, I have a 99 TL with 55K miles on it and my tranny is fine so far (knock on wood).

 

you are sacring me too cuz I started hearing some clinging noise from the tranny. When I compared to a 2001 TL loaner, my is definitely making noise. For those who have tranny replaced, what kinda symptom did you notice? Noise or shifting harshness?? Please help.
