IRiver with Blitzsafe

Guys, I have posted this several times in the Blitzsafe thread, but have gotten no response. If anyone knows the answer, I would really appreciate it.

I am definitely interested in one of these as I'm currently using the tape player interface which is quite shitty.

My question is this- I have an Iriver H340, not an IPOD, and it looks like the connectors are only IPOD- can a regular rca to headphone jack wire be used as opposed to having the proprietary IPOD connector on the end?

Right, I've seen that, but I have Navigation, is that a problem?

Looking at the product description here, it says the AUX RCA output is not compatible with factory Navigation- is this incorrect?

I can't vouch for this product, but there have been several devices out there that say it will not work if the car has Nav and there have been reports of those devices working just fine in cars with Nav. I have the blitzsafe for my 02 TL-S w/ Nav and I've had no problems at all.

Thanks guys, if you say it will work with Nav, I believe you- that is precisely what I need to get the RCA connections, I'm excited!

Actually, the one listed above from Logjam Electronics is for the 1st Gen TL's. The following will do the trick:

Blitzsafe Adaptor

I bought this adaptor for my 2002 Acura TL-S back in June of 2005 and it still works perfectly today. Here is what your radio will display while in AUX mode:

I had the adaptor professionally installed as getting behind the radio can be somewhat of a bear. Good luck!!

Those are the same unit, but enfig is cheaper.
On the Enfig website, it uses 14pin connection cable. That means it is for 2G TL.
1G TL doesn't have 14pin back of the radio.
