Actually, according to the installation instructions on the website (the pdf file), it has a setting for Acura. The only ones listed as incompatible are the 1996 and up NSX, SLX and MDX and any Acura with navigation. Sounds like some might work.

way to dig tmax!
It'll work on Acuras with NAVI as long as they don't have XM. Some other car manfacturers must use the AUX input port on their radios for NAVI and these companies keep saying that for Acuras. In the Audio section of Acura-CL someone made a DIY on how to install the IceLink (almost exactly the same as the Ipod2Car, just a different company) and he did it with a CL With Navigation. No problems! You just need to have the free CD Changer / AUX port available in the back of the radio, and all of our cars have that.
If you already have a BlitzSafe adapter with an Alpine connector or any other similar connector you can save yourself some dough and buy just the Dension Icelink or ipod2car for a lot less from http://www.logjamelectronics.com/ipodproducts.html
PIE also makes one thats cheaper than both the ipod2car and Icelink.
I'm planning on buying the Icelink soon to install in my TL.
