Interstate MTP-24 (Does It Fit An 03 TL?)
I'm sure this has been posted before on this board so forgive me if it has. I am convinced my sound system's sub is not working because of direct current being fed back because of lack of power from my battery. I am not interested in buying an Optima battery because of longevity issues. So I am looking into purchasing a new Interstate car battery for my 2003 Acura TL-P. My battery works fine to start the car and it works good enough to power two amps and four Infinity 62.9i speakers. (No headlight dimming, the car always starts) But my old battery can't quite run my third amp that powers my single 10" Rockford Fosgate. So I am just wondering if anyone knew if the Interstate MTP-24 Battery will fit my car. On Interstate's website it says that the MT-24 battery (600,750) will fit which has less cranking amps than the MTP-24 (800,1000) So I obviously would prefer the latter which has more cranking amps. Thanks for your time.

??
Why are you running three amps? thats just stupid. Your Deck will power your speakers. And if you wire it correctly you should just have 1 amp to power your sub especially if you only running one 10 (watts?). I have one 1500 wat amp powering two 1500 watt 12"s and it SLAPS all you need is one amp you dont need 3.
because he wants it LOUD
but yes a MTP-24 should work just fine, if a MT-24 fits, iirc the P just means the powertron battery
but also i think interstate list the battery size in inches on their site, so i would look at that to help make doable sure
