I have been reading some things about a cabin air filter for the tl's. Does the 2002 have them? If so, how do I purchase replacements and how do I install them.

I have the HELM book but am still lost.

yea you have one it cost sbout 30 bux for it and it behind the glove box i replace mine the hard way i just started taking things apart a finally finished it it took me bout 2 hours im sure htere a faster way to do it

 

Actually, there are 2 filters (both the same size). Replace them every 30k miles or so. I had the dealer do it because I didn't have the manual on the car yet. They were pretty dirty after 31k miles

 

Where do I find the filters to replace the old ones. Anyone know where to find the second filter or where in the Helm book to look for the instructions?

 

should take about 15min, its behind the glove box, do a search for DIY. And you can get the filters at pepboys for very cheap.
