Intake coolant lines

Hi all so I just installed a short ram
I accidentally bought the intake that that was just for the normal TL not type s meaning it was too long, I figured I can just cut it and it should work, got it to fit and everything but the coolant lines that were on the intake originally are too short now to reach so I had to add a small piece of vacuum line but it is not all secure, also the filter got wet from the line so I decided to just clamp up the hose for now until I figure out what I can do. I hope this makes sense of what I'm trying to do, which is remove these coolant lines/ metal and rubber ones if possible. I will post pictures of how it is right now tomorrow when I get light, thanks if any input can be given.

From: Baja, México.
Just unplug the line that was originally in the metal tube and remove the return line from the VSA TB and splice them together. Its pretty darn easy to cancel them.

they do exist for a reason - based largely on where you live- if ambient temps can lead to carb intake throat icing

the coolant lines run heated water/coolant thru the tb inlet to stop that problem
