Intake Air Temperature Snsor

Where is the IAT sensor located? Top right hand corner of the engine? 2000 3.2TL

It's located on the rear of the intake manifold on the right side if your looking straight from the front of the car, next to the two vaccuum(?spelling)hoses and the bigger hose that are all in the same place. Two pin connector gray.

I disconnected the harness from my IAT Sensor earlier this evening, and noticed that there was what looks like oil inside the plastic harness cover and on the outside of the sensor itself. What would cause this, and should I be concerned about it?

Anyone know the answer to this? I have the same... oil on this sensor. Should I move it to my AEM intake? Why is there oil. Must be there for a good reason??? Please advise

dont touch it, just leave it. most likely its normal
