Insurance question re: Security system

I told my insurance company that the TLs come with a security system. It's also on the window sticker and in the car manual.
My insurance co said before allowing the discount, they want to see some kind of certificate (?) I offered to take a pic of the window sticker and/or fax a page from the car manual.
Apparently, that's not good enough.

Any suggestions other than ditching them?? Thanks.

Since the alarm is a standard feature on the car, they should already have all the info they need when they enter the VIN number. If you buy an aftermarket system with additional features, THEN you would need to provide some sort of proof.

Thanks. That's what I told her. Maybe she's a rookie.

A copy of the manual should be good enough. Get an aftermarket system with a shock sensor to protect your headlights. Mine were ripped off and it was $3000 damage. $1400 for the lights + body damage.
