Installing side skirts

Do you have to remove the pieces that are there, or do you mount them over the original sides??

you remove the originals...and install the new ones. Yes, you will have a pair (4 parts to be exact) extra....which will probably end up in your garage for the rest of their lives....

LOL, no problems bro. But you are correct; you remove the existing side skirt and replace them with the new ones. For the 2G the side skirt is one piece as opposed to the 3g's 2 piece side skirt. The dealer gave me my old ones after they installed the bodykit.

Cool, I wish the 05 was just one part like yours...would look more cleaner...instead of having the lil line in the middle.

I agree. When my friend an I installed his bodykit on his 3g, I was surprised to find that the side skirt came in two pieces
