It's probably something you should wash off with soap and water.

Not much in a car that'll do any REALLY serious harm except Battery Acid - and you wouldn't be posting here.

The only thing green-ish I can think of is Coolant and that's just Ethylene Glycol - slick greasy felling with a slightly sweet smell. Just shower it off - soap and water - you'll live.

Sorry, no. Not for the 2G.

There are DIY's and a video for removing and replacing the intake in the 3G Garage that might help a little though.

sometimes thats a good plan... just jump in head first and come to the forum if you get stuck. the Fujita intake we installed on my friends 02 TL came with some elaborate installation instructions so there wasnt any issues installing it. intake installs are pretty self explaintory though... its a easy part to put on the car

He survived the coolant shower, but even *more* important, he survived the CAI install.

Grats phee. Now quite going out there just to rev the engine.

LOL, man, i had a GREEN shirt, i was like WTF!!! i guess i should have followed the hoses before yanking them out. yea im done revving for tonight, the neighbors called, thanks for the support guys. oh yea, i ran the coolant lines back through eachother but i bypassed what looked like a small radiator in the airbox, will this cause an issue?
