Talking installing Comptech springs!

Well Im about to drop off the ride to get the springs installed. I got a good price on installation at Alternative Motorsports in Oklahoma City - $100. They are a specialty aftermarket shop only for Acura/Honda. Ill post pics later.

alright just got the car back...very happy for sure! honestly couldnt tell any harder of a ride at all, maybe on a very stiff bump, other than that - just like stock. one thing I noticed right off bat is the cornering. seems that the car can turn much easier and faster. taking a quick sharp turn is very easy and I feel like the car is planted better. and it looks perfect!!! this is the exact look I wanted, with my system in the back, the Comptech's give a perfectly even drop - looks like others on this site with HR's and no system.

Overall 10 out or 10!!!

I encourage all who are thinking about it, to go do it!

I will post a few pics later today or tomorrow.

OU Sig, how much did you get your springs for? I was thinking of doing the drop also.... Also, did you have to get a camber kit and also did you have to get new shocks or did the stock ones suffice?

I think folks were saying that with the H&R you need to get a camber kit and also change out the shocks... Even thought the springs might be cheaper, it seema you pay more for the prep....

I actually got the springs from a guy on this site.

As of now no camber kit, Ill go and get an alignment in a few weeks to see how its going. I dont think I will need one though, the tires look straight.

I also still have the stock shocks, Ill keep them till they go out, I dont have the extra $$ now for new ones.

The drop is perfect, not to much but makes the car look much more sporty and it handles better. Good luck, hope this helps
