installed CAI today

wassup ppl? finally hooked up my CAI this morning. i got the polished AEM and i can definitely vouch for it. for those of you who cant decide wether or not to get one. i definitely recommend it. it looks and sounds HOT. PLUS i felt the extra power right away(hopefully its not psychological)

I hear ya. I have a blue one... but the result is still the same.

I love the sound of it!! It hisses at idle but roars at WOT! Sounds very nice.

hey madsklz32TL, did your intake come in one piece or two piece?
i was wondering because i would like to install the bypass valve without cutting. and if you did cut, how hard was it? thanks for the help

it came in one piece, and i didnt install a bypass valve...

i choose the AEM intake cuz i heard a lot of good things bout it and its wut most ppl have and i gotta say that i def. made a good choice =)

I just recently installed my AEM on my TLS. I too felt the difference right away...especially at VTEC. Well worth the money spent.

yeah...the growl of the k&n above 4500 rpm is really mean. you should get headers + exhaust if you don't have them already. you will really feel a performance gain with the combination of i/h/e.

One of the best mods you can get. Best bang for the buck

I still have to write AEM and praise them for designin such a good intake....


BTW i use the Accord V6 intake.. it takes a little modification to fit in but it works fine...

Im wondering if theres a difference in performance.

If anything my car seems a little faster than a normal tl
