Post installation of options

I have just one question. Has anyone installed the mud guards and/or the fenderwell trim themselves? If so, do you remove the tires to install them?

Thank you both for the info. I have not purchased one yet, but it is a month or two away.

I have installed my mudguards. The front is really easy (just unscrew 4 bolts I think), but the rear, you will need to drill a couple of holes behind the wheels. It is better if you remove the wheels in the rear, but it is not necessary. I'm getting my bodykit a few days so, I gotta take off the mudguards. If you haven't purchased them I am happy to sell to ya for cheap. Oh, I didn't even have time to put the rear mudguards on, so they are never used.

Mudguards can be installed more easily with the wheels off.

The fender trims.... you can just slap them on the fender. no need to take off the wheels.

BTW, if you're going to install body kits, do not put the mud guards. SOme members have experienced some stains on the side of the body from the mudguards. It won't matter if you are not going to take those mudguards off later... but if you're then you better not put them on.
