...it's nasty. I can't full throttle it yet, gotta baby it.

I barely tap the pedal and it moves. I can't wait to open her up. I will also be doing a gas mileage analysis while I'm doing the break in. I still have a few more goodies on the way.

LOL. My girl got that for me. and she put the heart on there too.

Everytime someone on here sees it they go..."that's how I know you're Asian".

She's funny.

In fact, she is gonna be behind the wheel of my car almost everyday taking me to work.

I am trying!

Everything works and runs but VTEC. Speedo and RPM are responding, slowly but surely.

I'm just using the TL-P ECU. We are working on the harness and module.

I could've used the CL-S ECU but I would have to get the wire harnesses and all that. That is my last resort really.

couldn't you just slap a neo or a V-afc on there and get the VTEC working?

Why AEM FIC comes to play.

I'm just babying it now, I will eventually tune and do all the other crazy stuff.

I'm not trying to be an ass bro, but I've done my research and right now while finding all these problems, I and alot of others who've done the swap are paving the way for future swappers.

VAFC or Neo won't do crap. It's an add-on if anything, well to me anyways.

For most when people swap just the tranny nothing responds. You won't even have the reverse lockout.

As I stumble upon these problems (like everyday) My friend and I find the solutions for it.

I'm not trying to be a know-it-all or anything like that because I really didn't know shit when I first started modding or stumbled upon this site.

I'm just trying to spread what I've learned and know to others. So that we can eventually start seeing more swapped TL's and CL's in the future.

(Pretty much trying to be like Kris, our moderator) LOL.

yea i understand what your saying

I was just suggesting a VTEC controller because well we have a VAFC in our H22 CB7(90 Accord) and what it does for the VTEC is the VTEC wire goes it into the VAFC first then into the ECU.

So the ECU has no control over the VTEC anymore, effectively making your VTEC work

but the only thing that sucks about the VAFC is that you cant do the timing, which i guess is why you want the FIC

Well I have a few friends with the same swap and had the NEO.

The ECU pretty much override it and it went back to running the way it was before tune.

We will be working on the FIC soon on the 3.7 CL. Emanage has been proven to work but can't advance timing and Greddy Support sucks. Trust is also going out of business.

^ I know.

I hope any potential members who will eventually have failed transmissions do this swap.

I'm glad we are not limited to the CL-S6.

Harness was just sent out. It should be here by next week.

It will be ready to install, VTEC will work, Pass the emissions test, and done.

Gotta do an oil change and some minor clean up in the engine bay.

More to come.

Damn, I just finished up like two-thirds of it. It's pretty straight forward though. Alot of splicing, soldering and that's about it. I should be done with it tommorow and testing it.

Richie is the man. Let me know if you need help I can always help walk through it when you get it.
