I would like to get side marker lights for my TL Type S. What is a good quality brand? I plan on keeping the car for a long time so want to have a good quality light. I have looked at a few and they seem to be cheap plastic and can not be hooked up as running lights because the bulb is too close to the lense and will melt it. I would like running and turn signal. I would like clear lenses and a rather flat surface mount. Thanks for help.

You can basically get any sidemarkers you want. What they do is they drill and cut the side panels and slap those bad boys on. (It's not too pretty when they are drilling your car... so don't watch it.) You can just get a pair from any speed shops. Or get something like the bimmers or VW have. Just buy them from their respective dealers... do not jack them off of a car.
