Improved brake pads???

I was reading the FAQ from CL board and one of them said:

Yes. The '02 TL brake pads also fit on the '01 CL.
so in other words, CL will fits TL.

Anther:

Due to various people having warped rotors due to braking, there are improved brake pads availiable. The part number is 45022-S0K-A11. It has a higher coefficient of friction than the originals.

Which by inference, the new improved CL pads will fit TL....is this pad being used by 2002 TL?

Yes there is a different pad that Acura started using in all models TL & CL starting in 2002 because of the warping. I had my rotors and pads replaced at 10k miles because of the warping. Strange thing is that i have a 2002TL and it was supposed to already have the newer pad on it. In any event, its a warranty replacement item that the dealership will do if asked.
