I am in need of one also...actually I have needed one for a couple months now, i found the OEM ones are just way to expensive, I am getting a universal high flow cat made by magnaflow and those only run a couple hundred I think i was quoted 250 installed. which is just a fraction of what Acura wanted. Oh if you are planning on getting a SC you will want to get an OEM one because that will be able to withstand what the SC will be putting through. From what I know the high flow cats (ie. magnaflow) would deteriorate much quicker.
