If you could pick...

any size 19" wheel what width and offset would you get.

I'm thinking about 19x7.5 with +45mm offset, but I can get any size for the wheel I am considering..

get 19x8 +50... that would fill the wheel well very good and u'd have no rubbing problems. if u decide to go with the 19x7.5 +45... i doubt there would be any rubbing there either. you can also check if its more expensive to buy tires for a 7.5 width rim or an 8 width rim. go with the cheaper one.

I was wondering if a 19x8 with a +47 offset would rub?

I think more than a few people have 19x8 with +47mm offset, with no rubbing, mainly those with the Trafficstar wheels.
