If you could pick...
get 19x8 +50... that would fill the wheel well very good and u'd have no rubbing problems. if u decide to go with the 19x7.5 +45... i doubt there would be any rubbing there either. you can also check if its more expensive to buy tires for a 7.5 width rim or an 8 width rim. go with the cheaper one.
