Question Ideas on door anyone??? pics

Anymore ideas while i have this apart??
im fixing armrest as in other thread. and im fixing it with thread only solution i could think of for the daam thing i asked for solutions but..... i cant afford new panel so... while its apart any suggestions?

i only have one hand i couldnt glue the whole thing and hold it all together but the sewing actually worked (for now) ill take to a shop tommorow to see what they can do..

i took apart the door to fix the aarm rest with rubber cement,, well the rubber cement wasnt stinking to the "foam backing so i had to attack it with thread and needle. i was seeing if theres any mods to do to the door since i have it apart

take teh wood trim off and paint it

Depending on what you have going on inside the rest of your car, you might want to try painting the woodgrain silver, along with the center console pieces.

I was just joking about the black.

Yeah, painting the wood trim items a pewter, brushed aluminum or something like that would be cool.

I have even seen some "antiquing" or various textured spray paints at the hardware store that can add an interesting finish.

Good luck bro, and its an open canvas, get creative! Post pics!

There was a guy on here that posted pics of his console and door pieces SSM with ebony interior but I just checked and can't find it for the life of me. Does anyone have those pics saved or know who he was? It looked really nice.

ahhhha ill take it to my body shop to see if i can do it in body color.........update .....ahhh he said it's not very resilient to paint the panels......NSXT---HOW'D YOU DO YOURS?
