I've tested mine by video taping the speedo and playing it back.. my friend and I. Of course you can't really know EXACTLY, but the video indicated:

0-60: 6.87 seconds

I hope it's really close to that, not to shabby for a completely stock (except for exhaust tips) 2002 TL-P.

unless you were driving downhill - I really doubt you got that on a stock TLP, that is good for a stock TLS

Are you doing this by watching your speedometer? I don't think timing your speedometer is very accurate.

Actually a TL-S is a lower 6-second car 0-60, and all cars are different. No downhill driving here. C&D quotes a 2000 TL as 6.7 0-60.

I would like to see someone really get that time - C&D times are done by "professional drivers" or at least ones that really know how to get the best times and done during ideal conditions.

I am just saying, those times can be true - but everything has to be perfect. I know I wont be seeing those times soon, because of the hot ass summers around here. But I cant wait for the temps to get cold again - I bet my car will be a beast with the thermoblock spacers and the V2 intake with the cold air getting all the way into the engine.
