i love this forum...
this may belong in ramblings, im not sure but i just wanted to express how great the 2GTL (and all the others...well acurazine in general) forum really is...
I recently heard about another forum for car enthusiasts in the state of virginia (im not gonna name it) so i decided to become a member in the never-ending search to learn more about my car... so i post my first thread as "new member" i post a few pics of my car, the few mods i've done (system in the trunk, blah blah blah) and explain how im always trying to learn new things about my car and vehicles in general and how i was excited to meet some new peoples, especially locals... so the first reply is from some inconsiderate f*ck with a big boy mustang (no offense to mustang owners) and asks what a "big shorte" is and asks if its a nickname for fatass hoodrat blah blahh, the next post was "you have a system in da trunk 4realz?" and so on, sometimes i cant stand how things get blocked on this site, but the moderators do a really good job on here keeping it clean and making sure that everybody on this forum talks in somewhat of a respectful manner... i was like dude im 19 and im not gonna lash out and use big boy profanity to make me feel better, so thanks to all you peoples on this forum that are always helpful in every question that i ask and the knowledge you provide on a daily basis... DAMN i gotta get some school work done...

My cudos to this site also. First experience with Acura and all have been very helpful and informative.
PLUG: Have a similiar site I use for my 5.0 Mustang info; my5oh.com
Moderators are very active and the info is very beneficial. None of this "mine is bigger than yours" like you see on many other forums.

I know exactly what forum you are talking about to. It's just a forum where a bunch of retards go on to past time and make fun of each other.
In person, None of those stupid asses talk. It's only online when they feel special.

Hell yeah, I agree. I'll get my post in on this before it gets moved....
I also know what forum you are talking about, and there are a few down this way too. It's ridiculous how people act. I've gone to other Acura forums and they are all garbage. No one has it put together as well as AZ.

I owe a great deal of gratitude to this site. Because of this site, I was able to:
1. Get my transmission warranty replaced, 100%! I didn't even know about the extended warranty until I found this forum.
2. Buy my 6 disc Bose HU from another member here.
3. Buy my OEM lip kit brand new and painted in my car's color from another member here. (Got a good deal too!
)4. Buy my illuminated door sills from Supercomputers.
5. Buy my Infinity BassLink from a member here.
6. Buy my P2R TB spacer (for my TL-P) by starting a thread to generate enough interest to have them produced.
All this and more just by searching for a spoiler on
This site has been very informative and I appreciate all the help and advice I have gotten. I'll be a member for a while whether or not I have an Acura. Although I plan to own mine for a while.
