those are with the comptech springs, soo worth the price of them!!! Seriosuly the car looks more like a bullet now. Anyways the rear was dropped 1.5" and the front 1.75"

Did you get a camber correction kit with the install?

I'm considering comptechs as well. I have couple of concerns though...

1) How is the ride with lowering springs compared to stock springs? The stock spring is already quite bumpy and I don't know if I want to make it any harsher.

2) Did you replace the shocks as well? Can the stock shocks work with lowered springs?

3) Did you have to get alignment done after the install?

Acura manual tells not to put on mods that lower the car to reduce risk of faulty air bag inflation from under body scraping going over bumps. Is the improve looks worth all the risks???

1. The ride is kinda harsh on some bumpy roads, but i like the feel of the road. Feels like it grips quite well.

2. I didnt replace the stock shocks, with comptech springs you have no need to do that, its not that big of a drop. Plus the comptech springs are made just for the TL.

3.Yes i heard you have to get an alignment done, but not till after about 2 weeks after the installtion, you have to let the springs settle in more.

4.I have never scraped yet, the drop isnt where you are gonna scrap, well you may with the bodykit, but not sure.

I would really say get these springs, cornering is so much better, and you dont get that nose lift when you punch the pedal. soo worth it! Do it!

Question

i want to get the springs, but one concern. i live in NYC, and i'm getting a body kit put on soon, and if i get the springs, i will definitely have some problems. but it looks sooooooo good. decisions, decisions........
