i dun really know what you mean by replacing and repurchasing.
replacing as in they give you another with a similiar milage?
repurchasing as in you buy a totally new car?

replaceing means that Acura gives me another TL-S with 0 miles (not possible but u know what i mean)like a new TL-S..
Repurchase means that they give me my money back...
But in both options i have to pay $3,893.10 to Acura because i drove the car for 14,823 miles...
I have to pick wether i want my money back or i want another TL-S
Eternal what do u mean by loose my car?hehe didnt understand can u rephrase it please??

Oh no, don't abandone your TL-S. Sure the G-35 coupe is nice, but you would be sacrificing interior room.

Both good looking cars nonetheless. I just love seeing other TLs roll by.

If you can hold off from buying a new car. I would take the money and wait to see if you want a new 04 TL or I would seriously look into the TSX.

That is an AWESOME price. 15k miles is basically a year+ worth of depreciation. If you sold the car outright, you will lose about $5000. You get a new car plus $1000 the way I look at it.

you will loose more $ by taking possession of the car and driving straight from Acura to Lexus to trade-in. You'll lose at least a few thousand by just driving it off the lot. If you want a Lex opt for the repurchase, then just take the bus to Lexus.

G35 coupe sucks. Interior was uncomfortable and felt cheap to the touch.

You're paying 25,000 for the motor and the chassis. And 5,000 for everything else. :p

hold on, this must be the dumbest thing ive heard.
why would you do anything but the repurchase???
you will be paying for the miles either way. if you take the repurchase, it leaves you with all options open. you can buy a tls again if you want or a g35 or whatever else you want. you might change your mind if you take the replacement route and decide you dont want the tls after all.
repurchase for sure!

He did get lemmoned.

Just because you car gets lemmoned, it does not mean you get a new one FOR FREE.
You still have to pay for the mileage and time of possession.
Only thing they do not take figure into the equation is normal depreciation.
