Hyper Ground System -S-Type

Does anyone have them and do they really help? In the descriptions it says it increases torque, mileage, and horsepower.. It seems they are there just to make it look nicer under the hood... does it really increase performance?

Sometimes I think the gains they post are misleading...I'd assume a 1994 Integra (notice the examples appear to be sub 1998 or so vehicles) would benefit from "today's technology", let alone a brand new set of wires...
I doubt our vehicle would see much of a gain, if any...
