I getting this humming noise from my rear drivers side wheel. I have had the bearings replaced, tried two different rotors, and adjusted the emergency brake all the way down to allow more clearnce. I can not figure out where the hell this noise is cominb from. The only thing I can think at this poin is maybe the spindel is bent. Mind you, I ran over a tire/rim in the road about two months ago. This problem didn't occur until a bout two weeks ago.

Has anyone experience anything like this???

how noticable is the noise?... louder as you get faster?... can you hear it if you jack up the car and spin the wheel?

 

do you only here it when you are slowing down after you have driven the car for ma while? Also what kind of noise is it? A squeek, shrill metallic noise, groaning, crunching, what?

 

Well you don't here it when you jack it up and spin the wheel. It sounds like a motorbike. As I go fast the sound gets louder. It's real noticable while in the car, don't know if you can here outside of the car.

 

I wouldn't wait to see what happens. Take it to the dealer.
