How do they get flames coming out of the exhaust in movie TFATF?

It's called secondary ignition..it is done by sticking a spark plug in your exhaust pipe...and well, you get it.

this movie will create lots of new street racers for sure. most of them probably will end up being ricers.. HA HA. ya all know what i'm sayin.

 

Seen way too much even before the movie came out over here in Toronto...

Be very careful with secondary ignition, it sounds simply but can be very dangerous if you have no idea what you are doing. There's black box out there for that.

I am not totally sure how it works but I will check with the guy this weekend.

 

OR .. it can be like those nascar races when things get hot and fuel just doesn't get consumed properly
