How's the ride with comptech springs?
I would have to say the ride with the comptech springs is much better than I had expected, however the ride did become a little stiffer. What I mean is that the big bumps seem much bigger now.
I believe that the comptech springs are the closest to factory as you can get. So, if you are planning on lowering your car, then do it. No matter what springs that you get, the ride quality will diminish, however the handling will improve a great deal.

The ride is only a little stiffer than stock. A very good investment if you want to improve your car's handling and looks.

I am in agreement with the others. The increase in handling is well worth the extra stiffness in ride. I also think adding the swaybars helped, so I would recommend them as well.

If you want better handling and less body roll, I would definitely go with the sways first. They are a d-i-y afternoon project that doesn't require a realignment and shock change later on. I'm running sways with B'stones RE730's on OEM springs and can tell you it makes a huuuuge difference. It's like a whole new car. The ride feels much tighter but not stiffer and you get a better road feedback. I would also upgrade from the stock tires if you haven't yet.

I think it rides like stock, except when you hit a bump or so then you know you have different springs.

I also agree with AC...If you would have put the springs in without ever driving a stock TL you'd still think it drove nice, but the big bumps you will notice a little more!
