try some wd40 but make sure u have some soap n water ready right after and give it some wax after the wash,,,,and dont scrap it with ur finger nails use a cotton rag or something your nails will scratch the clear coat...nails are made of enamel and its harder then ur clear coat.

Let the rear end of your car sit in direct sunlight for a couple of hours. Let the glue and the trunk get heated up. Then take some fishing line or some dental floss and go between the glue and the trunk. If it gets hot enough, you will be able to just peel them right off!!! Then you can use one of the chemicals mentioned above to remove any excess glue!!! Just make sure you wash it right away!!! Here is what my rear looks like!!!

Hey you live in Hayward!!!!! I grew up in HWD!!! My parents still live across the street from the airport!!!! Have you been to a Bay Area meet yet???? You need to go so you can meet up with all the CL and TL owners in the area, and sometimes the Sacto guys even come down!!!!

Here's mine. Just so you know, don't try to take off the "A" emblem. There are a couple of alignment pins that go through the trunk lid. If you take that one off you will be left with a couple of ugly holes there.:yack:

heating it up a little with a hair dryer loosens the glue up enough to get them off.
