If anything, I'll swap my 99 for 2001 w/NAV because I could probably find a good deal, but that's probably it.

I am not so sure on this one... But not going to get the TL-S for sure!
I might get the M3, which all of you know that there's the waiting list, and I won't see the car til next summer...
So of course I will keep my TL in the mean time, and perhaps keep it as a winter beater...
But I will take the TL-S our for a spin, too.

I'll be keeping mine too; since it's only 10 months old and I don't have the $$ to get the new TL-s. Besides, the 99-01 TL is not bad at all.

Yup, keeping mine. (good thing since I bought it just 2 weeks ago yesterday). One reason why I got such a killer deal was because of the 2002's being on their way, so it made my deal sweeter... I'm more than happy!

No way in hell am I going to replace my current TL for a face-lifted version. Even the TL-s, has basically incorporated some of the doodahs already present in the CL-s (I certainly like the memory seats but not enough to dump my 2000 TL).
Now, if the TL-s (TL-r ?) came with an aggressively geared, 6-speed manual transmission along with some factory "R" tuning of the Engine and Suspension (similar to the European Accord Type-R / Integra Type-R), which essentially will have many established sports sedans for breakfast, then that would have perked my attention.
For people "not in the know", a premier European magazine had done a test a while back, to determine the "Best Handling Sedans" available in Europe, and the final ranking was done as follows:
#1: Audi S4 (AWD)
#2: Honda Accord Type-R (FWD)
#3: BMW 328i with Sport Package. (RWD)
and then a variety of other cars....the #2 placed Honda Accord-R was barely edged out by the 1st placed Audi S4...surprising what a bit of factory involvement in tuning the car's suspension can do (for a reasonably in-expensive FWD car to thrash an established name like the RWD BMW in handling !!!)...
This facelift of the TL ? Bah..No biggie !! Sorry, I will keep my nearly identical car.
Just my 2c.

Man I got to keep my car, its my baby!!! I love the 2001 TL a lot more than the new body style. If I could have the TL-S engine in my car, now that would be gravy! Cars come and go, like hoes come and go. All I know is that "its all gravy doe'"

I'm going to get rid of mine and buy a new Yukon. I'm not much of a car person, unless I could afford something like an M3 or CLK. It has been a good car though.

I'm keeping mine and finishing the work I'm doing on the electronics. I hope comptech finishes that SC so I can work on the engine and brakes. I do wish I had the stiffer 2nd gear that the Type S has, but other then that I'm happy with mine.

I'm keeping mine. I might have bought the TL-S, but I decided to buy the MR-2 instead. The TL, MR-2, and my bicycle give me all the fun I need!

Looks like almost everyone will be keeping their TL's. I'll also be keeping mine, since I don't even have 4,000 miles on it yet.

Keeping for at least 8 years, that's why I bought a Honda product. I have CL-S wheels, and when I add the suspension, exhaust & CAI or Shortram, if I still want to match performance I will get the headers.

Keeper!!
With the intake, headers Mugen exhaust and peformance tires my 2000 TL performs as well as a Type S. The Acura dealer sales manager drove my modified car and was very impressed. He has a CL-S and thought the cars were very close in performance.
With sway bars it will probably be perfect.

Keeping my 2000 for sure. I'm only 23 so I figure I have plenty of time to enjoy my current TL and to eventually add some more mods to it.

I am keeping mine, simply cuz I can't afford to lose out on the car that I just bought half a year ago. But if there is a taker for my TL for a reasonable price, then I might. But trust me, I won't get the TL-S.
