Does anyone hate that annoying humming noise from your engine when you turn on your climate control...I hate that it sounds like my car is draining sooo much battery power...Anyway to fix it (without turning it off...lol)...???

 

I cant hear mine over the sound of my intake.

I do and I hate it.

 

I love humming noises, especially those coming from my girl's mouth Whoa!! LOL! Actually, I do not like that humming noise, thus I must crank up the stereo. The only way I can see to fix the problem is to rip out the AC and heater.

 

Usually the tunes are playing and so I don't really notice it!

its the sound when the AC kicks in.. i don't think there's a way to fix it

 

I heard it as soon as I took mine for a test drive. It's good to know this is common with the TL, because I've never heard anything quite as loud in any other car. I thought the problem might be specific to my car.

 

I think our TL is pretty quiet after all, but I do hate the sound of the AC. But that happens to almost every car thought...

I think I know what you are talking about.. when the a/c kicks in, the car engages the pancake fans to add additional cooling to counter the work of the compressor.. and those high speed fans make a hum.. nothin you can do.. and I really don't hear it with the car sealed up.
