How many have car pc installed?

How many people on this forum have the carpc installed? Care to share pics? I know darkshear has one and it looks great. I'm in the process of building mine and I'm looking for ideas.

Trunk is pretty big :P just bolt something in eheheheh like i said before, i dont have some super expensive custom chassis with some mystery motherboard and a DC power supply, i just dropped a damn micro atx case in the back and plugged it-the-hell in ehehehehehhe

Get the Xenarc screen tho. Thats key in having a pimp carputer. im not quite there yet.

Darkshear, I have that same HU as you do---the KVT-911. I don't think I'll be getting another monitor. I'll just use a mini scroll mouse and one of those flimsy fold-up keyboards. I paid too much for that kenwood to replace it. Ya know

How would you go about installing that. Personally I wouldn't like having a monitor mounted to my dash or console. I like things flush

Thats why i have not picked up the Xenarc... You've seen my dash kit... I want it looking as stock as possible... ill be god damned if i bolt a screen to apy art of that car eheheheh...

Only other thing i was thinking, Xenarc makes a 7" fold down.... So replace the dome light and put it there while still using the KVT910... That way if you REALLY want it taht bad, you can just crawn in to the back seat for a better hi-res picture....
