How long are you gonna keep your TL

it no longer owes us anything, I enjoy driving it alot. Likely keep it until it gets to the point of major repairs. I'd like put a new A/C or tranny it in, but not both. I was thikning until about 300K but more likely it'll be 200K when we sell it. Car has 123k on it now.
Cars great on gas and serves us well for our personal needs, it's great for my trips.

I brought an Altima coupe 08 to go to work 37 miles each way and I get 32mpg on regular. As far as Im concerned Im never getting rid of it my Inspire. Ive blown by a lot of expensive cars with the blower but I wish I could have an intercooler. Anyway Like I said, Im never getting rid of it.

I've been driving a tl for over 3 years now.. had my 00 tl-p for 2 years, the a-spec has been with me for over a year now.. i always keep saying that i want to get rid of her, but the cars been good to me and i just paid it off a few months ago. so im going to enjoy not having car payments for a while. once i start making the the big bucks, i plan on getting a 3500 ram to mess around in and i might keep the tl as a dd.

bought her a month ago or so..very happy with it. Purchased a 2 year warrenty, and if I can find another 2-3 year warrenty on top of it, i will keep it for that long. As long as it has warrenty, im a happy camper. Drives amazing, has the power, and looks classy. Its everything I could ask for! After this, might upgrade to a 04+ TLS

Bought my 99 in July '99 from a saleswoman who put 20k+ mile on it in 8 months. Paid cash and I've had it since. Currently at 155k with the original tranny. No street racing, but this TL screams regularly on mountain highways and twisties.
What's the secret? Maintain it!! ~ Full Synthetic in the crankcase & tranny. Add Lucas synthetic oil treatment with each oil change at 3k intervals, and a can of BG44K in the gas tank. Z-Max in oil and gas (not convinced of the benefit, but it hasn't hurt).
Just learned of and performed the 1st Seafoam treatment with no real affect because the internals were already that clean. I treated the V8 in the boat with Seafoam at the same time and saw a dramatic improvement, so I believe it works as advertised.
How long will I keep it? My 15 year old volunteered to help wash & wax it today, announcing that he intends to buy it. It will probably take a few years, but he's one buyer that I won't turn away.

I bought my 2000 TL in fall of 1999. Installed some Comptech staff at ~20K. Got 100K so far. I do long commute to the office now so I hope to keep it as long as it lasts (200K or so). Still loves how it drives (though I got another car for some real driving fun).

I got my 99 TL with close to 61K, still on original tranny this past June and I'm very happy with it. Plan to keep it for a while until I can afford a 06 TL-S, probably 3 yrs.

I'll keep my TL-S for a few more years. Tranny's was replaced 5/06 and haven't had any problems since. Besides, I have an extended warranty that should cover past 109k. Solid, good-looking, gets decent gas mileage for the performance it gives - not much more I can ask for (well, except for a 6-speed manual tranny).

My 99 TL is at 165k miles. Original transmission. No major repair work done. Had to replace the motor mounts and the climate control fan. Only worth $6000 if I were to sell it. I'm keeping it until it dies or the repairs exceed the value of the car.

The TL-S is gone. Sold the car in the end of May 2008. Bought the car in May 2001 (when it came out in Canada). So 7 years was good to me.
Now my friend has it and is enjoying the lux / sport. Wish the wife would let me keep 2 cars.

I have had it for about 5 months now and this car has created me like a dream. Better than my girlfriends some nights :P ... In the end I plan on keeping it till she dies even if I get another car.
