got my brakes checked and i still have 50% front and 40% rear, they didn't ask me to change them yet but what is the ideal time to replace the pads and rotors?

and how much longer will they last? i think at least a year or 2 right?

It is probably the mileage and the kind of driving. I have about 32k miles and lots of city driving. I think it is time for me to change them, right?

pads should last twice that long. and rear pads could last much longer (because they really dont do much).

Even driving in a city like NYC? I am sure I dont have to replace them for a while, maybe another 10k to 15k, but it definitely doesnt brake like it used to when they were new.

i beat mine and i get about 60-70k out of the fronts and i got a lil over 110k out of the rears

just take them off!!!!! who needs brakes? I bought a tl to go fast not stop.
