I have been reading posts where some people are having their shocks replaced. How long do they typically last? We replaced our Accords for the first time at 165k and it still rides the same. How do you know if you need new ones. I have noticed that my car doesn't handle as great on curves and little bumps seem rougher than they did when new. BTW, my car has 48k miles and I always watch out for potholes. I don't remember the last time I hit a big one.
