How to install UR Crank Pulley?
They should have something that came with it in the box.
I know mine came with a little brochure.
But basically you have to loosen the wheels on the ground
take them off
Take off the plastic cover
Loosen the bolt that covers the old pulley's bolt
(You may need a breaker bar or an airtool)
and remember when your loosening it you dont want the actual crank to spin so you might have to have someone stand on the brakes. Or something of the sort.
Then you can also remove a tensioner if you like to help get the powersteering and crank belt off.
(It is in your best interest to replace these belts at this time, you might not have chance to later)
Then you need to take the little 'metal brick' and slide that onto the crank so your pulley should slide onto that afterward
Then put on your belts, tighten, lower, wheels, and more tightening and you should be good to go.
I am sure someone will post this to a DIY soon as many of us purchased the part and some others will likely ask the same questions.

did you look in the diy list? 3rd item down main gen2 threads- new official diy,,,
unless you have a buddy and abilty to generate 181 foot pounds of torque to tighten the bolt,,let an import shop do it for you
60-75 bucks is fair pricing
to remove diy, many jam a breaker bar in the starter ring gear on flyweel and bump the ignition a few times- using the starters torque to bust it loose

its pretty easy just a pain to loosen the bolt, loosen the tensioner raise the car up take off the cover use a impact to to loosen the bolt it might not budge but it still would have loosen the bolt some wat then use a breaker bar with an extension to remove it completely and its should come off pretty easy. and redo the steps.

Yes be careful. I used the starter method to remove mine. Take off the belts then put a 19mm deep socket on a breaker bar and put it on the bolt facing forwards. Towards the bumper!!! Wedge wood in there tight so it doesn't have any travel at all. Now go bump the starter just a quick half second turn of the key. Took 3 "bumps" to get mine loose. Then to reinstall I used a big impact wrench to make sure it was tight.
It's really easy man. Belts off = 14mm wrench on tensioner, loosen PS tensioner and both belts off. Now take a 19mm socket on a breaker bar. Put it in the bolt in the middle of the pulley. Make sure it's pointed towards the front of the car. Put wood under the breaker bar to brace it. Crank engine. Pulley bolt will come loose. Wiggle pulley off. Don't lose small rectangular key. Install new pulley. You may find it won't line up. Start the bolt going by hand, it will align pulley. Tighten to torque spec. Install belts. Done. Hour tops going slow.
