How to flush Trans fluid?

How to flush Trans fluid?

Do I have to torque either the top or bottom bolt for the trans fluid?

do a search on this subjec to how to flush, it has been discussed with great detail, as far as torquing the bolts you dont have to but if you have a torque wrench it wont hurt
